The Wood
Floor Broker is
a mill-direct dealer with a showroom located in beautiful Parker,
Colorado, carrying wood floor lines that reflect and celebrate the
Colorado mountain lifestyle, both in good looks and in functionality.
Although we specialize in eco-friendly reclaimed woods, the Wood Floor
Broker is a full service brokerage service: whatever you want, we can
find it for you. We also carry cork, laminates, groutable vinyl tile,
tile and stone. You will find our pricing to be way below standard
retail, and even below internet big box flooring stores in many cases.
The Owner
Since
1977, our owner Mike Thomas
has been involved in every facet of the the hardwood flooring business,
including installation, care and restoration. He also has extensive
experience in interior design and in construction. Our clientele
smilingly refer to Mike as “a walking encyclopedia”
- when it comes to hard surface floors, there are few questions he
cannot answer. He is available to talk people through their design and
technical challenges, whether they are installing their floors
themselves, or simply need assistance in choosing the best and most
functional floor for their specific needs and decor.
Mike
is a perfectionist and a
stickler for detail, and researches every mill thoroughly before
bringing their product on board. While we pride ourselves on our
competitive pricing for every budget, we do not sell “price
only”. When you buy from us, you can be assured you are
getting a quality product - and good advice to go with it.
